Information we collect
We collect the email address you sign up with, the brand details you choose to save in your Brand Vault, and the designs you generate. We also record anonymous usage events (for example, that a design was generated) so we can understand how the site is used.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Shopify checkout. Card details are entered on Shopify's checkout and are not stored by J.jeanCreate. We receive order confirmation details in order to add credits to your account.
Analytics
Our usage analytics record event names such as "signup completed" or "checkout started" together with an anonymous session identifier. We do not send passwords, payment details, design content or Brand Vault information into analytics.
Your designs
Designs you create are stored in your account so you can re-open, edit and download them. You can delete a design at any time from My Designs.
